Halloween Candy

DIY Fall Craft: Candy Bark

Want to get rid of extra Halloween candy? Try this fun recipe with your kids.

You will need large bag of orange candy melts, small bag of chocolate candy melts, a baking sheet, parchment paper, mixing bowls, pretzels, and extra Halloween candy.

Start by putting the parchment paper over the baking sheet. Melt the orange and chocolate candy melts in separate bowls. Pour the orange melted chocolate onto the baking sheet and spread evenly. Pour the other chocolate over the orange chocolate in a zigzag pattern.

Sprinkle on toppings like pretzels, candy corn, chocolate bars, Oreos, mini marshmallows, sprinkles, and gummy candy. Make sure to crush or chop up large candies before adding it to the bark. Lightly press on the toppings to make sure they are secure.

Freeze until solid and break into pieces to serve.

Put the candy bark into baggies and have your kids gift it to friends and family (or eat it all yourself, we won’t tell!).

This delicious and easy recipe will have your kids feeling like sous-chefs!
