Join Dr. Bonnie Halsey-Dutton on September 25th as she teaches the techniques of water-soluble oil pastels. This workshop starts at 8 AM and is located at the Artifacts Antique store in downtown Spearfish. This workshop is limited to 6 enrollees, ages 16 and up.
